You'll spend a few minutes sharing what you feel comfortable sharing about your current stress issues with Wendy. During that time, she'll help you to understand your stress issues from a spiritual perspective.
Sometimes, knowing why you might be having a certain experience from a spiritual point of view can help you to better handle situations or to move forward with less stress.
Stress is very damaging to the body so you want to control and prevent it from building as quickly as possible.
Once Wendy has an understanding of your stress issues or how stress affects you, she'll lead you through a relaxing guided meditation session or insightful visualization session.
No experience is needed. This is your time to focus on yourself so life becomes easier.
Up to 30 minutes for $40.00 CDN plus applicable taxes.
This is the perfect introductory session to try a guided meditation or visualization session or great for when your time is limited, but you need it!
Your session includes:
- a brief discussion about your stresses or how stress affects you,
- the choice of a 15 to 20 minute guided meditation for relaxation (no interaction - just relaxation)
- a guided visualization (with interaction) to gain insight into your stress issue and
- finishes with a brief summary of the session.
It may not take the full 30 minutes depending on how much time is spent in discussion.
Up to 1 hour for $60.00 CDN plus applicable taxes.
This session includes:
- a discussion about your stresses or how stress affects you,
- the choice of a 20 to 30 minute guided meditation for relaxation (no interaction - just relaxation)
- a guided visualization (with interaction) to gain insight into your stress issues and
- finishes with a discussion about any results from your guided session.
It may not take the full hour depending on how much time is spent in discussion.
Fill out the Book Appointment Form for your session. Please do not submit payment until Wendy has confirmed your appointment.
Sessions are by appointment only and are done in-person at her home in Orangeville, by Skype or by using Zoom.
You must have a mic and video for live online sessions so you can see and hear one another.
Sessions (including evenings and weekends) can be booked 7 days a week (subject to availability).
