Have you been having fun with the emotional and physical ups and downs everyone is going through? Although the pattern is getting harder to detect, it is still there.
There appears to be an emotional release as the old energy is being cleared from the body and that includes a physical release. So the physical energy that has been stored in your body's cells is removed, which is normally painful in some way (cramps, twinges of pain, etc.) and that is tied in with the emotional release.
I've noticed there are symptoms associated with that such as craving foods that you ate when you went through the emotion that is being released. So for example, as I release energy from childhood I'm craving foods I ate at that time. The other day I bought some Goodies (the candy coated licorice) which is something I bought as a child. My chiropractor said she bought a Flaky - something she had not bought in years but was craving it. So if you're eating is a bit off and you are craving stuff you haven't eaten in years - don't beat yourself up for it. It might have been your coping mechanism for when you went thought the experience that you are releasing.
It doesn't have to be eating foods - the response can be any old response you used to get through that moment. So if you preferred to smoke a joint - you might have the urge to do that. If you drank alcoholic drinks, you might have the urge to drink. If you went for a run to release pent up emotions, you might have that same urge. It will most likely be unique to you. <
I actually asked my Spirit Guides why they don't help to fix that response and they said it was too much work and that it was better to just go with the flow and it will all straighten itself out.
After the emotional release, there is a physical response because of the increase in the flow of energy through your body which can include pain and a variety of other symptoms such as (but not limited to) digestive issues, fatigue, insomnia, pains anywhere in the body, sinus issues, inflammation in general. It's going to depend on where the energy was released from and where the new energy flow is hitting. For most, it is hitting the digestive system right now. So expect stomach and digestive issues. I have to say that really sucks especially when you are craving foods that are not really healthy for your body. I guess we just have to do the best we can.
Please remember that beating yourself up for falling back into old habits does more harm than good. Give yourself permission to do what you can't control and when the urge subsides, get back into your healthier state of Being.
If you are feeling the stress of it all then take measures to alleviate the stress. You might want to use aromatherapy with oils that are good for stress reduction such as Lavender, Bergamot Orange, Clary Sage, Rose, Neroli or Ylang-Ylang. Google "essential oils for stress" and there are lots of suggestions. Lavender is highly recommended. Personally, I don't care for the scent of Lavender but love Ylang-Ylang. It's fun to experiment with them.
Also, make sure you are getting the right vitamins and minerals as that can affect how your body handles stress. I remember walking around in a constant state of anxiety - like I was walking a tightrope and it would just take one step to fall off into high stress. I had even gone to the doctor for it and she suggested pills for anxiety which I declined. I ended up following the plan by Dr. Lawrence based on hair analysis and within a couple of months the anxiety completely vanished. So it had more to do with a body imbalance than anything else. I was just too toxic and didn't have the right vitamins and minerals. So something to consider and a really easy fix.
After the emotional release and then the physical response you'll probably feel a momentary or short period of feeling lighter and happier. However, it can happen quickly. I love those moments and it shows you what is coming after all this is done. Then the process starts all over again and will continue to do so until all of the old energy that can be removed from your body is removed.
I have noticed that the weekends (starting Friday) tend to be emotional releases and then by Monday/Tuesday the physical kicks in and then back to emotional. I believe everyone is feeling it although they might not realize it or be willing to admit it.
I've heard many stories from people sharing what they have been going through. Many report bursts of anger and crying for no apparent reason. I had that the other night. I was watching a movie and burst out crying for about 30 seconds and then nothing. I sat there thinking, "WTF?" Out of nowhere and gone just as fast.
It's not just clients that are reporting it. Friends, relatives and strangers are sharing their experiences. One person said her husband apologized to her because he was snapping at her all day and didn't know why. Hey, at least he apologized. Another lady has a 13 year old daughter who had a release over getting new furniture. The girl didn't even know why she reacted as she did. However, her parents got divorced last year so it appears to be part of her release. That's actually positive as it means she's not taking that energy with her into her future. So everyone seems to be going through it to some degree.
The important thing to keep in mind is that it is a good thing and once it's over, that energy won't affect how you life anymore.
