What are Credits?

Credits replace putting through a Paypal, credit card or E-Transfer payment. You can purchase Credits** to pay for certain products and services (as listed on this page or on a page of that service or product). If you bought a reading using Paypal, Credit Card or E-Transfer payment and Wendy did not use all the minutes purchased to answer your question(s), those unused minutes will be converted to Credits that you can use at any time for any product or service that uses Credits for payment.

Credits don't expire**. Using credits saves you the extra step of going through the payment process. Scroll down to see the products or services where you can use Credits. Make sure to read the instructions as different products and services require different information.

Wondering how many Credit Minutes you have available?

To see how many Credit Minutes you have available, log in to your Oralin Account. (opens in new browser window) Click on the "Redeem Credits" tab. The number of available Credits is found just under the Redeem Credits title.

What Services or Products Can You Use Credits to purchase?

To see the products and services that are available for you to purchase using Credits, go to the store and click on the "Use Credits" category. (opens in new browser window).

Special Instructions for Using Credits for Coaching by Email

Step 1. Decide how many minutes you want to use for your question(s). If you don't know how many Credits you have, log in to your Oralin Account (opens in new browser window) and then click on the "Redeem Credits" tab. The number of available Credits is found just under the Redeem Credits title. You can also just tell Wendy to use as many minutes as needed in the Questions field on the form.

Step 2. Fill out the Coaching By Email form or if you prefer, click on the Help Desk tab to submit a ticket.

Let Wendy know the maximum number many minutes you want to use for your question(s) and then once she answers you, she adjusts your Credits as necessary. She won't use more time/credits than what you specify. For example, if you purchase 50 Minutes, you can submit a question and say that you want to use up to 10 Minutes. That would leave you for 40 Minutes for more questions as you need them.

If you don't specify the number of minutes to use, she'll use what is necessary to respond to you. If she can't answer your question for any reason, credits won't be deducted. If the question can be answered through an online video, she'll let you know - that way you can save your Credits and use them for something else. The timer starts from the point she begins reading your email.

For example, this is how many minutes for Coaching by Email your Credit purchase buys:

5 Credits - $5.00 CDN plus any applicable taxes = 10 Minutes for Coaching by Email
15 Credits - $15.00 CDN plus any applicable taxes = 30 Minutes for Coaching by Email
25 Credits - $25.00 CDN plus any applicable taxes = 50 Minutes for Coaching by Email
50 Credits - $47.50 CDN plus any applicable taxes (save 5%) = 100 Minutes for Coaching by Email
75 Credits - $68.50 CDN plus any applicable taxes (save 10%) = 150 Minutes for Coaching by Email
100 Credits - $85.00 CDN plus any applicable taxes (save 15%) = 200 Minutes for Coaching by Email

Keep in mind that even if you buy these Credits with the intention of using them for Coaching by Email, you can use them for any service/product listed on this page or another page where it says you can purchase the service/product using Credits.

Special Instructions for Using Credits for Readings by Email...

Step 1. Decide how many minutes you want to use for your reading. You'll need 3 Credits per minute. For example, if you want a 10 minute reading, you'll be using 30 Credits. If you don't know how many Credits you have, log in to your Oralin Account (opens in new browser window) and then click on the "Redeem Credits" tab. The number of available Credits is found just under the Redeem Credits title. You can also just tell Wendy to use as many minutes as needed in the Questions field on the form.

Step 2. Click here to fill out your request for an Email Reading using your Credits for payment. You'll fill out who the reading is for, whether that person is male or female, the email address of where to send the reading, the number of minutes you want to use (3 Credits per minute) and the questions you want to ask in order of importance.

Step 3. Add to Basket.

Step 4. Continue shopping or checkout.

When you are ready to checkout, you'll be asked to Log in to your Oralin Account.

"I have been using Wendy for about 3 years now and I really like using credit minutes to read my animals. I have 4 horses and a dog who are very out spoken when it comes to talking to Wendy. She has helped me so much in making changes for them when their situations weren't right and I could tell, but not pin point the problem. But Wendy did a great job at getting there frustrations out of them. (Dawn keeps Credit Minutes in her account and then uses them as needed. Sometime, she sends an email or fills out the request through the store, but she also phones and leaves her message/questions. She doesn't have to write out her questions or worry about making a payment at that time.)
