How to USE YOUR CREDITS:
If you have credits in your account, you can apply them to any product or service on the site.
If you are not sure if you have any credits, you can find out by logging into your account and clicking on the "Redeem Credits" tab. You'll see "You have ? credits" under the "Redeem Credits" title on the left-hand side of the page.
If the amount is "0" then you don't have any credits to use.
To use your credits, simply add the products/service that you want to buy as normal. Then when it comes to selecting the payment method, select "Pay OFFLINE Using INTERAC e-Transfer or by Using Your CREDITS." If you don't submit an INTERAC e-Transfer payment, Wendy will automatically check if you have credits to use and she'll send you an email confirming that you want to use them. You can also add that you want to pay using whatever credits you have to the Comments field.
If you have enough to cover the total price of the item, Wendy will deduct that number of credits from your total. Taxes are not included in the total price as they would have been paid when you originally purchased the credits.
If you do not have enough to cover the total price, Wendy deducts whatever number of credits you have and then issues an invoice for any remainder owing, which you can pay for using Paypal, credit card or INTERAC e-Transfer. So you don't have to have the full amount. Even if you have 10 credits - that can be applied to a product/service that costs more.
